Exhaust Manifold

An exhaust manifold experiences temperatures in excess of 260c, which burns off any ‘normal’ paint treatment and exposes it to the elements. However, there’s been some advances in this area over the last 30-years, so I was excited to see what a ceramic coating would do. The good news was our manifold, despite being covered in rust, was structurally in very good condition.

As you can see Bonehead Performance did an outstanding job blasting off the rust and applying a new ceramic coating. I am pretty certain it looks better than how it looked when it left the factory!
